ReplyDelete2499 is going 6 lane to handle the traffic and it will be a prime route to DFW Airport for folks in Denton. I supported the 2499 widening for convenience of others to an alternative to the Lake Lewisville bridge on I-35... it was the right thing to do.
Having Morriss as a beautiful boulevard with wide grassways and trees is just like boulevards in some major cities, like Paseo Boulevard in Kansas City, MO.
Some point or part of this 'city' should keep a park-like appearance. That's part of what made me want to move my family here and keep us here.
I do not support destroying the appearance of Morriss Road....
Will College Parkway be next??????
Morriss Boulevard has a nice ring to it.
